Terms and Conditions of Service

Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and condition upon which I, the dietitian (Rebecca Taylor RD at Nutrition with B) will provide to you (the client).

Nutrition with B reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms contained in these terms & conditions, at any time. Any such modifications or changes will be effective immediatley upon posting of such changes. Your continued use of the services will imply your full acceptance of the same and you as the client are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions regularly.

Services:

Nutrition with B is a Sole Trader, registered with and regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), registered office; Health and Care Professions Council, Park House, 184-186 Kennington Park Road, London, SE11 4BU. Registration number DT27872

The service is available to those aged 18 years or older

The service is available for residents of the United Kingdom (UK)

The service provides dietary and lifestyle related advice given to you by Nutrition with B. This includes an assessment of your current diet and lifestyle and the recommendation of adjustments in order to meet your goals

Service provision does not guarantee specific results

Communication:

E-mail is the preferred method of communication but is never 100% secure, with your consent we will send all communication via the email address you provide

I will respond to enquiries made either from the BDA Freelance Dietitian Directory or my website via email

I endeavour to reply to all enquiries within a timely manner, respond times will depend on capacity

I may invite you for a free discovery call to discuss your goals, during this call no personal nutritional advice will be provided

To book an appointment you will be provided with a link via email

I do not provide personal nutritional advice via social media platforms

Appointments:

Available appointments can be booked in advance, no later than 48 hours

Appointment bookings are made using the online portal Practice Better which can be accessed via a web browser or app

Consultations are conducted remotely via video call via the online portal Practice Better

In the event of technical issues during a video consultation, switching to a phone call may be suggested or the consultation may be rescheduled

Recording of consultations is not permitted without prior written permission from both the dietitian and client

Consultations are private and confidential, I ensure no other persons are present during the consultation

Fees:

Payment of appointment(s) is required in advance and in full

Payment is taken at the time of booking, securely and via Stripe

Information regarding fees in provided in advance via my website

Cancellation:

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged at 100% of the cost of the appointment

If you reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment a full refund will be given

If you fail to attend the appointment no refund will be given
