Meet Becca - your IBD Dietitian

Becca Taylor - RD, (HCPC)

After 10 years working as a dietitian in the NHS, supporting people with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, I saw how much nutrition could help — but also how limited the support often was.

Time pressures, funding constraints, and short appointments meant many people didn’t get the depth of guidance they truly needed to feel confident managing their diet and symptoms.

I wanted to change that.

I created my private practice so I could offer the time, expertise, and personalised support that people with IBD deserve — care that goes beyond basic advice and focuses on real, lasting change.

  • "Becca is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated. I suffer from both ulcerative colitis and elevate cholesterol levels- a combination not easy to deal with. However, she helped me come up with straightforward and manageable dietary targets, something I had previously struggled with. She gave sensible advice and also provided me with lots of resources such as: recipe suggestions; links to useful websites, as well as relevant studies so I could do some background reading. I'm very glad I found her!"

    -Michael, Ulcerative Colitis

  • "Really thorough and super attentive. Listens and suggests a good, optimised plan of action for the future. Always ready to answer questions. Couldn't recommend more"

    - Jay, Crohn’s Disease
